Hyatt Ziva Cancún is located in the Hotel Zone, where many restaurants, resorts, and stores are located in Cancún. While there are a lot of things to do in the nearby area, the Hyatt is an all-inclusive resort with many activities and food options that you will not feel the need to leave the property.

The Hotel Zone is highly populated with tourists so it is common to see tourists leaving their hotel property to explore the area. As with every foreign city, general safety precautions should be taken.

The weather in Cancún is tropical. While we won’t be having any of our events on the sand, we want our guests to be comfortable. For the gentlemen, we recommend no ties and fabrics that breathe. For the ladies, we recommend flat sandals or low heels and please no white for the wedding day.

Yes, absolutely! The Hyatt Ziva Cancún has food options for all dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc). The RSVP link will have an option to request a special meal for the wedding reception.
